I've had the pleasure of photographing beautiful K* more than once. The first time she came in it was to create a boudoir album for her husband as a gift (and also to have some fabulous photographs herself). She got in touch 2 years later to let me know that she was expecting, and even though they lived out of town she wanted to come back to St Louis Missouri for her session, as she didn't trust anyone else like she trusted me. I am always flattered when clients turn into repeats and come to see me for multiple photoshoots throughout their lifetime. Maternity photographs are actually some of my favorite sessions in the studio. It is a lot of fun pampering the mom to be, and helping her feel gorgeous. Many women are feeling big and not like themselves, uncomfortable in their own bodies. It is a wonderful time to just take a break and an entire day to yourself. I have chocolates to share, and mom to be can sit and enjoy the tasty treats while being pampered by my professional hair and makeup artist. Then the photoshoot itself is a time to remind a women of her natural beauty. We love making mothers and pregnant women feel like goddesses during their photoshoots. Boudoir maternity sessions can be as much or as little on the sexy side as a woman would like. We chat about that during the pre-session phone call and again during the hair and makeup portion of the day. Like all of our sessions, the photoshoot is completely customized for each boudoir client.
